This Print Magazine Call for Entries form is based off the idea that everyone has their own identity [or fingerprint] that they leave behind within their work. Those entering the competition are presenting work that they have had an integral part in creating. The major component of the piece is organzing all of the information in a suitable and interesting way, while still maintaining hierarchy and easy navigation.
